Weight Watchers Week 11

At my weigh-in this morning, I lost 1 pound, which means I am back to the 11 pound total loss I had 3 weeks ago. Kinda frustrating, but I've been eating out the past two weekends, so it's to be expected. Though I'd love to be treated on Mother's Day this weekend, I think I will do something besides eating out again. I need to stay on track. In case you're wondering . . . I know these weight watchers posts are boring, but it's something I'm doing to motivate myself. Sharing my results every week gives me a sense of accountability to the two or three people who read my blog. 11 pounds down, 19 pounds to go (again) . . .

I asked my friend what she did when she hit her "fateau" while on WW. She said that she increased her exercise by 10 minutes and reduced her points by one for the week, which got her off the plateau and back to losing weight.
